Next, my second at-home craft idea comes from a teaching friend Theresa from TheLimitlessClassroom. Also, make sure to watch your child, as sensory bins can contain small pieces. Then, place the shapes inside a sensory bin filled with materials such as shredded paper, plastic eggs, and mini figurines. These can be sight words, addition or subtraction equations, color words, or dots to count. First, once cut out, write anything you want on the cards that your children need help learning. Take any leftover scraps of paper and use your Cricut to cut out simple shapes, like Easter-themed ones (egg, basket, bunny, chick, etc.).
